< > = reasonably easy to get hold of
** = difficult to find, but you will get them if you wait long enough
§ = incredibly difficult to find; jump for joy if you do succeed in finding these - then consult your bank balance!
This means that if there is no asterix (*) beside a title it is comparatively easy to find, while ** means that this is a book which is findable but will take quite a bit longer and § before a title means it is a very rare title and so will take a very long time
As well as this, there are two really impossible-to-find books marked with ††. There are only a very few known copies of these books - all already in collector's book collections - so it is asking the impossible to find another copy!
