In accordance with our Constitution, the following questions have to be asked:

May the Club keep your name and contact details on the Club database? Details will be kept on the Membership Secretary's private computer.

Do you want to be listed on the occasional lists sent to the organisers of local meetings? These are only sent to members of the club and simply show people's names and addresses (never telephone numbers or e-mail addresses without permission).
You may include me in lists for local meetings

The club holds a Bursary Fund to which members can apply for assistance to enable them to attend organised Club events e.g. AGMs. We would welcome any donation you may wish to make to this Bursary Fund.

Fill in the form either online or print this form out and post the completed form, with your cheque or Postal Order, to the following address - Membership Secretary, New Chalet Club, 18 Nun's Moor Crescent, Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear, NE4 9BE, UK.

I enclose a cheque for a total amount of GBP, payable to NEW CHALET CLUB. Sorry, we can only accept Sterling payments from non-U.K.-based members.
