Membership Form

There are two ways to send your membership form to the Membership Secretary:

1. If you want to pay by Paypal, fill in the online form then go to the club's PayPal page to pay for your purchase (the page opens in a new window).

2. If you are paying by cheque or Postal Order, print this form out and post the completed form, with your cheque or Postal Order, to the following address - Membership Secretary, New Chalet Club, 18 Nun's Moor Crescent, Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear, NE4 9BE, UK.

In accordance with our Constitution, the following questions have to be asked:

May the Club keep your name and contact details on the Club database? Details will be kept on the Membership Secretary's private computer.
You may keep my details on computer
Do not keep my details on computer

Do you want to be listed on the occasional lists sent to the organisers of local meetings? These are only sent to members of the club and simply show people's names and addresses (never telephone numbers or e-mail addresses without permission).
You may include me in lists for local meetings
Do not include me in lists for local meetings

The club holds a Bursary Fund to which members can apply for assistance to enable them to attend organised Club events e.g. AGMs. We would welcome any donation you may wish to make to this Bursary Fund.

How to send this form to the Membership Secretary

I enclose a cheque for a total amount of GBP, payable to NEW CHALET CLUB. Sorry, we can only accept Sterling payments from non-U.K.-based members.
